Ingredients
Dough
- 300g Plain flour
- 200ml Boiling water
- Pinch of salt
Filling
- 300g of pork shoulder or minced pork
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1 tsp of corn flour
- 1 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of sugar
- Pinch of white pepper
- 3 tbsp of cold water
- 1 tbsp of Shaoxing rice wine or dry sherry
- 1 tsp of dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp of light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of sesame oil
- 200g Pak choi, finely chopped
- 2 Spring onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp of ginger, finely diced
- 1 Clove of garlic, finely diced

- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- 2 tbsp of light soy sauce
