Daniel Keane
Dan was introduced to the world of hospitality at the early age of 15 in his native Leixlip where he found his first job in the kitchen of a local hotel.
After a few years, and while attending culinary college, he rose to the role of sous chef in the award-winning restaurant “Leixlip House”.
A desire to travel took him to kitchens in England, New Zealand, and Australia where he worked in the “Wheatley Arms”, “Osteria del Toro” and “The Spanish Fly” respectively.
However, he found a love for the social style of tapas while running a tapas restaurant in Sydney. He chose to take the long way home, spending a year travelling and exploring different food cultures, to finally settle back in Dublin.
His love of local, seasonal ingredients, and his vast knowledge of international food have come together in our innovative menus, which combine with our house brews to create a unique dining experience in the city.
